The Consultation: Set up an appointment to discuss the style of video best for your needs. Don't know what style? We have many options to choose from. Whether you want to be on camera or use a voice-over, we will help you select the style that best delivers your company message. While there are several options available, the interview style is recommend because it provides both a descriptive profile of your business as well as presenting the personality of the owner and staff. 
The Pre-Shoot: We film on location at your company or at an off-site location depending on your business. We create a relaxed environment with minimal disruption to the daily activities of your business. Upon arrival, we will walk through the location looking for optimal camera angles and settings for interviews. Sufficient lighting is critical to the video, so if necessary we will set up small lights for better illumination. If on camera interviews are conducted, you or your employees will be fitted with a small lapel microphone such as the ones seen on TV. Our goal is to make you look and sound your best.
The Shoot: We typically use one high definition camera and allot 3 hours for set-up, recording and take-down. We will first conduct the interviews. These are usually non-scripted and very relaxed. Think of it as having a conversation with someone curious about the business. Talk about what make your establishment unique. Discuss how you got into this business, what drives you, and what benefit your company provides to the consumer. Get the idea? Following the interview, we will record several locations and components of the business. We will record customers and their interactions with the staff. We will record both wide angle and close-ups that will aid in the storytelling of your company.
Post-Production: This is where you get to relax and get back to business. After the shoot we come back to the studio and digitize all the recordings into our editing suite. We weave together the interviews (editing out all the flubs!) with the other location elements to produce a compelling company profile that highlights not only the business but the people as well. We then add graphics and background music to create an artistically appealing and engaging finished product.
